When you hire me as your real estate agent, I endeavor to market you house to the fullest. Some of the ways I do this are:
- Install a sign and/or arrows to direct agents and public to the property
- Place listing into the Nevada County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for maximum exposure.
- Place listing into the Placer County Multiple Listing Service "Metrolist", for additional exposure to Northern California agents
- Listings will be advertised on the following web sites:
- www.cherylr.com - with complete listings with virtual tours where appropriate.
- www.realtor.com - with properties updated from county multiple listing service and 'Featured Listings' sections properties rotated every two weeks
- Compose professional color brochures of the property and make them available for distribution
- Mail 100 "Just Listed" cards to your immediate area. Many times someone in the neighborhood has a friend or family member wanting to move close!
- Advertise weekly in The Union newspaper
- Weekly ads on Saturday
- Real Estate Showcase on alternate weeks on Saturday
- New copy submitted every two weeks
- Advertise in Gold Country Real Estate
- Monthly three full color page ads
- Total distribution of 10,000 to 15,000 copies from over 70 distribution points
- Available on-line at www.discovergoldcountry.com
- New copy submitted by the 10th of the previous month
- Advertise in Sierra Foothills Real Estate Magazine
- Monthly ad black and white full page
- Total distribution of 30,000 copies through out Nevada, Placer and Sierra County, the I80 corridor, South Shore Tahoe, North Shore Tahoe, Incline Village, and parts of El Dorado county
- Available on-line at www.sierrafoothillshomes.com
- This website is currently averaging 15,000 to 20,000 hits a month
- New copy submitted on the 25th of the previous month
- Property listings are rotated through the print media every month. Previous months properties stay on the website until status changes
- Participate in Cornerstone Realty Group office tour on the first Thursday available after listing your home
- Participate in monthly MLS tour, hosted with pies or another delectable desert
- Ensure open communication between seller(s) and agent, and/or the agent's assistant during the listing and escrow period.
- Negotiate all offers in a manner that honors the real estate professional's fiduciary responsibility to seller
- Discuss general public open houses if agent and seller agree there would be some benefit to doing so
- Send monthly updates showing advertising activity
